Nicola has worked in Finance since leaving school, she has had some 32 years of working experience in various Finance roles. She earned her accounting qualifications whilst working for a German Engineering Company for 17 years then worked for an American company that specialised in offering antibacterial solutions to companies worldwide.

She joined Bowers and Jones in 2018 as Finance Manager and just two years later helped orchestrate the MBO process that was completed in 2020. Since owning the company Nicola and the other two shareholders have completely turned the business around from loss-making to profit-making and made various capital investments in machinery to secure the long-term future of the business.
