Graham joined Bowers & Jones in 2019 as Export Sales Manager and has almost 20 years of experience in the steel industry.

While studying at Hull University Graham had a gap year working in Alsace, France working for Du Pont de Nemours in Nambsheim where he held a number of customer-facing technical support and sales roles. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry with French Graham returned to Alsace this time working across the border in Germany to improve his German language skills gaining further overseas work and life experiences.

Upon returning to the UK Graham joined Angle Ring metal bending engineers in Tipton and for the next 10 years worked in their export sales department. He then went on to work at Macalloy a leading supplier of threaded bar systems in Sheffield.  Graham moved back to his home in the Midlands to support his ageing parents and joined Hydrobolt a fastener company based in Wolverhampton.

Graham joined Bowers & Jones as Export Sales Manager to strengthen their European Sales team and further develop the export market in France and Germany, and French and German-speaking countries.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time walking his dogs, playing rugby and further developing his language skills, he is currently learning Italian.

Graham’s cooperative teamworking and tenacious spirit give excellent customer service and support customers with any matter they may need assistance with.
