During the interview, Jane discussed the company’s recent achievements, including their prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category.
The conversation also addressed current trading challenges, particularly the impact of US trade tariffs. Jane explained that while the company had successfully adapted their strategy when tariffs were at 10%, the subsequent increase to 25% under President Trump’s administration has required them to reassess their approach and consider alternative export markets beyond North America.
