With over 26 years of engineering and management experience, Franklin has honed his expertise in the metal forming industry, energy, and the chemical sector. His career has been defined by a passion for innovative product development and a hands-on approach from concept design to execution.

Franklin holds a degree in Industrial Mechanical and Automation Technology from the Federal University of Technology in Brazil. Over two decades ago, he relocated to the UK, where he has continued to grow and adapt, leveraging his international experience to drive continuous improvement processes and develop new products that surpass expectations.

Outside of work, Franklin enjoys embracing the great outdoors through long-distance walking and hiking with his dog.  Additionally, he is an avid reader, constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and stay informed about the latest advancements in technology and engineering.
